A proud mum

Paul, from Operation Joy, often meets members of the street population and then doesn't see them again for a long time. Keeping track of their lives can be difficult. So he was thrilled to bump into one of his contacts on Sunday.

Paul writes;

"Back in the summer, I had met C and she told me that she was expecting a baby. At the time she asked me to pray with her which I did. On Sunday I met her again and C proudly showed me her baby boy."

Paul never goes out empty-handed and says, "It happened that I was once again carrying a small bag of crocheted baby clothes provided by a family member. As she left she said, 'Say a prayer for me...'"

As Paul says, "It is so good to be asked to pray."
