Confused about God!

An encounter with a man who wanted answers.

Ryan Ackrill, serving as the resident evangelist in the Nourish food project, recently had an encounter with a man who wanted answers about God.

C visited the food club asking all kinds of challenging questions about God. He had some knowledge about the Bible as he had read it in prison, but at this point in his life, he was confused.

Around an hour of deep conversation later, the man asked Ryan how he could be made right with God.

After Ryan shared the principles of salvation though Jesus from the Bible, C was ready to confess Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Ryan prayed with C and directed him to a local church where he could grow spiritually.

Director Terry Durose said, “This is an example of how the Bible is a reliable guide to all who are searching for God, but feel confused and lost.”

The Apostle Paul asked “…how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent?” C will be eternally grateful to those who partner with MCM, making it possible to send preachers into Greater Manchester.
