Deciding to follow Jesus is not the end of a process, it's the start of a journey. Ryan brings us up to date on one of his clients who choose the narrow way...

A few weeks ago we told you the story of a guy who we first had contract with through the Operation Joy Drop-In in Oldham. He made a choice to follow Jesus, this was quite a dramatic scene...

Ryan picks up the story.

M told me that he was working with services in Oldham to try and get him into rehab. A short while later he went into rehab in Bolton, and I have continued to stay in touch with him.

Rehab has rules and M has done his first two weeks on lockdown, and is now able to use his phone and various other facilities.

I spoke with M recently, he was so grateful for Operation Joy being there when he needed us and for the support we have given him. He went on, "...thank you for introducing me to Jesus, I feel he is strengthening me every day, and I am excited about the future!"

M wants to keep in contact with Operation Joy and when he is ready, we can look at helping him get housed.
