Tuesdays Together finishes for Easter decorating biscuits and with great news...

Groundbreakers has been running Tuesdays Together with St Thomas' Church Delph since Christmas, the numbers of children are not huge, there is so much competition for children's time in Saddleworth, but those that come enjoy themselves each week.

Mary planned the sessions leading up to Easter around The Diary of a Discple book with the children hearing the whole Easter story this Tuesday.

The children, and one of the leaders, then decorated biscuits with scenes from the first Easter to take home. They also went home with an Easter egg.

None of the children that have come to Tuesdays Together have any previous link with St Thomas', this is very exciting and just the group of children that Groundbreakers and St Thmoas' had hoped to reach.

But the great news...

St Thomas' run Messy Church every few months and one of the Tuesday Together children took their Dad along last weekend! Groundbreakers are delighted that the club has led to St Thomas' starting to develop links with this family.
