Freezing homes

Last week BBC Morning Live reported about the heating issues in the flats opposite our base in Salford.

We have done our best to support residents through the Nourish Family Food Fayre Food Club and our Narrowgate Support Hub. On occasions, we have been able to access support where there is particular hardship through ACTS 435.

Cath, our Next Stage Housing Co-ordinator, received the following message from a lady with a 5-year-old child that she was able to help last year. "I would like to thank you for all the hard work you done to help me with finding work and getting some help funding with my electricity. I really appreciate. Many thanks and God bless you all."
