When clients move into their new properties they are often on what is termed a ‘probationary tenancy’ for the first few months which means they have less security and less privileges than those on a full assured tenancy.

This week we were happy to hear that Damian, who we have been supporting, has been such a great tenant for the last year that he has now moved from a probationary tenancy to an assured tenancy giving him greater security and certain other rights
