"Good news, we have a place for her at the school you wanted."

We have been very concerned for the daughter of the Ukranian family that we are supporting as it had been taking a long time to get her placed at a local school.

Her parents have started ESOL lessons and her brother had enrolled in college but D was still having to take lessons on line from Ukraine during which she could hear sounds of explosions in the distance and the signal was patchy due to the ongoing situation.

We were therefore very happy to receive the offer this week of a place at the local school. This will mean that D can continue her education and feel more settled in the area.

Please continue to pray for the whole family- as you might imagine it is not easy to learn a new language, settle into a new school or college, and make new friends whilst also wondering about friends and relatives left behind.
