“Groundbreakers are heroes!”

Debs went into a school to deliver an assembly. She was met by the RE co-ordinator who asked whether there were going to be online/video assemblies from Groundbreakers this academic year as " the children absolutely love them".

Later that week, Debs went into the same school to run a Groundbreakers Lunch Club.

Three children ran up to her in the corridor and excitedly said that they'd watched "you and Mary on Youtube". In the online assembly the central theme was how we can all be heroes for God if we make the right choices and live our lives trying to please Him.

One of the children said, "You and Mary are heroes because you make those great videos! The one we saw today made us think about making the right choices."

Another child said, "The videos are funny, but they really do make you think!"
