Keys to the door

Finally a client of Cath's, our Next Stage Housing Co-ordinator, gets his one bedroom flat.

Caths tells us, "I have been working with 'E' to try and find him his own place since he was in the Narrowgate night shelter in 2020. When COVID closed the shelter, 'E' stayed in several temporary shared houses and then was offered a permanent shared house."

Although he was grateful for all the help he has received, he has always wanted his own one-bedroom flat so Cath continued to help him search for this.

A week ago, this became a reality as 'E' received the keys for his own place. He is now busy decorating and we will help with sourcing furniture, setting up bills, etc.
