"She is so happy to be moving in!", a direct answer to the MCM team prayers.

A couple of weeks ago, Cath was happy to receive a call from the lettings team of a housing association offering one of her clients a flat of her own.

This was an answer to prayer. Cath had brought this need to the monthly prayer meeting at MCM and here was the answer!

This lady had been waiting and praying for almost two years to find a place of her own and there have been many disappointments along the way. She was so excited to get the call that she said ‘Yes!’ before she even knew where it was or what it was like- she was just so happy to have received the offer!

It was such a joy then to visit her in the last week and to see what a lovely place she has been given. P was so happy to move in that, even though she had no heating over the weekend and no furniture and was offered the chance to stay in a hotel until it was sorted out, she said she would rather stay in her new home as she had waited so long for it.

Happily, these things have now been sorted out and P is settling in to her new place and making plans for all the things that she has had to put on hold up until now.
