Online assembly applied...

Groundbreakers are delivering a blended programme of online and face to face work this year, the online assembly was about the Trinity and a boy applied what he'd heard to a face to face lunch club about choices!

Debs was leading a lunch club on the theme of "God says I can make good choices". One child admitted that he'd made a bad choice that morning as he'd punched his little sister because she'd wound him up! Another child then said, "You need to ask the Holy Spirit to come inside you and then you can live the way God wants you to and you can make the right choice!".

Debs was amazed at this response and asked him which church he went to. He replied that he didn't go to church. On further questioning, he revealed that he'd watched the Groundbreakers video that morning which was on the Holy Trinity and God being 3 in 1. He'd seen and heard Mary talk about how the Holy Spirit lives inside Christians and can help them live the way God wants them to live. He'd clearly listened well, heard the message and applied it to a real-life situation.
