Operation Joy - Reliable Presence on The Streets!

A Summary of Recent Conversations...

D proudly showed me that she was still wearing her WWJD (What would Jesus do) bracelet. She went on tell me how she was dealing with the recent death of her uncle and she was evidently struggling with this. Nevertheless, she accepted an offer of prayer and I was able to pray with her on the street.

Nearby was B who told me that he wanted himself and his partner J to have bracelets, but that he wanted me to give them to the couple when they were together. A few days later I saw J and she was happy with the idea. Now I just need to meet them together!

It's encouraging because J often peers through the contents of my bag, dismissing anything 'Christian'.

Finally, I met P who had to tell me the sad news of his girlfriend's passing. This seems to have led to an increased presence on the streets for P.
