Right Person Right Time

Restart client take right steps after talking with a new volunteer.

At Restart this week we had a referral of a young girl from the Probation service who is regarded as being extremely high risk. She has complex needs and serious trust issues. We have a new volunteer who is a junior doctor and she had a chat with the young woman who is pregnant and was not engaging with the appropriate services. After speaking to our volunteer she understands the importance of engaging and is moving forward.
