Ryan was shocked to see how things had grown...

Ryan and the volunteers who serve in our Operation Joy project have been working hard spreading the word that we are now in Ashton-Under-Lyne at Infinity Initiative Café.

Last week Ryan reported that there were eight people that turned up to hear the Gospel being preached.

Here’s what Ryan said “At first I thought it was quiet as we prayed and waited for people to come and use the service. Then my volunteers turned up for the outreach, as soon as they stepped out the door they bumped into a man that was in need. Then another man walked into the café, then another and another. When I looked around there were eight people sat listening to the Gospel being preached

This is an amazing result as the very essence of Manchester City Mission in the past is to set up mission halls, or places where people can hear the Gospel.

If you want to know more about what it means to have a relationship with God and explore what having a life filled with faith means, why not pop in to one of our drop-ins and see Ryan.
