Ryan was surprised to see a customer from the Nourish Food Club on the wrong day!

Ryan who serves in the Nourish Food Club at our main building is often praying with people in need and telling people about Jesus. A few weeks ago a young lady came in to use the Food Club...

...but got talking to Ryan about his faith, she told him that she has always believed but wasn’t the church type.

Ryan began to witness to her about the love of God and how God wants a relationship with us. Ryan left it at that because he didn’t want to appear to be too pushy, but he did ask her if there was anything she wanted him to pray. She replied, “I have been looking for work for the last twelve months but I have had no joy!” Ryan prayed for her believing God would answer

The following week the same young woman girl turned up when the Food Club wasn’t on and was quite tearful.

Ryan asked her if she was ok and she replied “God has answered the prayer you prayed, I have not been able to find work for over 12 months, and now I have been offered 2 jobs, this God you serve is real!”

The lady asked Ryan if she could have a Bible!

Ryan was more than happy to give her a Bible and spent some time showing her where to start reading from and how to get the most from it.

Ryan has now invited her to come on the Alfa course that we are running at our main building in Salford and said he’s excited to see what God is going to do in this young woman's life.
