When a flat becomes a home

Ryan, from Operation Joy, helps a client turn his flat into a home.

Operation Joy has been working with 'P' for several weeks now. He has been housed and is engaging in the services that we offer. Ryan has been pleased to see how well 'P' has been getting on and was thrilled when as part of the work he is doing with 'P', he choose to follow Jesus. Ryan can see how 'P's' life is really coming together well.

Before Christmas 'P' phoned Ryan and asked if we could help him with carpets and blinds, as his flat does not feel like it’s home yet. Ryan made a request for Acts 435 funding and was able to raise the money for blinds throughout the flat and a new carpet in his front room.

'P' is so grateful and said “Thank you so much, my flat is now becoming a home.”

We are continuing to support 'P' on his new journey and we are excited to see what God will do next in this man’s life.
