Narrowgate Next Stage Housing provides support for the homeless or those formerly homeless through resettlement and supported housing.
Working in a person- centred way, Manchester City Mission’s Next Stage Housing project seeks to support those who are vulnerably housed or homeless.
We offer support ranging from sign posting to local authority services, making referrals to supported housing schemes through to actively searching for private lets using trusted letting agents.
We can offer support in the form of resettlement as people move into their homes i.e. with setting up of accounts and also offer ongoing tenancy support.
We are advocates for Acts 435 so have access to small pots of money for specific needs.
The vision for the Next Stage Housing project is that those who have found themselves in uncertain housing or indeed homeless, will be able to access the ‘next stage’ of housing that is suitable for them and maintain it for the long term.
