Janet Durose
After running their own business for over 12 years, Janet, alongside her husband Terry, was called into pastoral ministry in the 90s.
A skilled administrator, she joined MCM in 2006 as Administration Manager and since then has introduced a number of new systems to the MCM office. Over the last few years, Janet has led the charge on a number of changes for MCM including the transition into a CIO, Automatic Enrolment for staff pensions and GDPR compliance.
As well as acting as Minute Secretary for the Trustees meetings, Janet is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including finance and payroll. She also works closely with our Employment Law advisors to ensure that all our HR policies and systems are up to date.
If you ever get a letter from MCM, the chances are that Janet has written it!
