Dear Friends

Out with the old and in with the new!

This is a cry which will ring through the world on 31st December.

It is a cry of hope - that former things can be put to one side for a new beginning approached with new energy; a new attempt at that diet, a new look at that project we keep giving up on and a clean slate on which to begin a new chapter.

Here at MCM we have been clearing out the Windsor Centre, which has been our home for more than 50 years. Yes, we have found a lot of ‘junk’, the centre was so large it was easy to keep items like pots of paint ‘just in case' they were needed in the future.

We have been able to bless local charities and in return we have been blessed, as they have helped us to clear the centre.

In going through cupboards and cabinets we have been reminded of a rich history of remarkable people doing remarkable work, all made possible by the remarkable support of God’s people.

Since 1837, MCM has sought God’s guidance regarding the future development of the mission and while we all know that God often says: “I am doing a new thing”, we will not discard the important work that has gone before.

With your support we will continue the work that “God prepared beforehand” for us to do.
