Lidl Staff Make Huge Personal Donation

Lidl stores have long been a supporter of MCM's Nourish project, donating their surplus groceries and provisions twice a week to the Food Club. Lidl at West One in Eccles, Manchester has always been exceptionally generous. This week however, the Lidl staff surpassed themselves, they clubbed together their own personal money and bought a huge amount of ambient food to donate to our Food Club. Abbey gave up her day off to help Gemma, the organiser of the donation, make the presentation to Barry. This abundance of food is gratefully received by all at the Food Club. Abby said “we just love to do it”.
