Next Stage Housing is Witness to God’s Blessing…

In His Perfect Timing!

Towards the end of last year, Cath was asked to help a young man who was due to leave Homes of Hope. He was a refugee and his wife was due to join him in this country possibly within a couple of months.

As is well known, housing is in short supply generally. F had been bidding through his local authority for some time without success and, due to his low income, private rented property would be difficult to source.

However, F is a Christian and we know that we have a big God. Cath prayed with him and started to look for a place.

The months and weeks went by without success and F was worried that his wife would arrive in the country with nowhere for them to be together and worse, that they could both be homeless.

‘By chance’ during a conversation with another agency, Cath was told about a place coming up which would be ideal for F. However, this place went but another was offered. F had the interview and was offered the place. He moved in just before Easter.

At the beginning of this month, he heard that his wife will be able to join having got her visa- God’s timing is perfect.

As we are encouraged to believe in the Bible- ‘Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him and He shall bring it to pass’

His timing is perfect.
