Operation Joy Celebrates Volunteers

Action Together makes it possible!

The last couple of years has been amazing as we have seen people come to the Lord through our street outreach team and the Drop-ins. It’s fantastic to work with people who have compassionate hearts and want to volunteer their time serving others. At Manchester City Mission we train and develop our volunteers so they can be effective in the work that they do.

Last week we were able to say thank you to all who serve in the Operation Joy project, by taking them out for a meal, all expenses paid for by Action Together, the infrastructure organisation for the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector in Oldham, Rochdale, and Tameside.
