The people of Iran are facing significant challenges and instability. This impacts the many Iranian Christians here in the UK, as they are cut off from news of family at home. One young lady was recently reunited with her husband after nearly 5 years apart due to being persecuted for his faith. Arriving the day before all flights from Iran were suspended, the couple were together but had many uncertainties about how to meet their immediate needs.

Through the support of their friends at the local church, they have survived, and hopefully soon they will be able to build a new life together, piece by piece. It has been a steep learning curve for everyone involved. Sarah was able to offer the gift of a Farsi/English bible, a book which is banned in Iran. Sarah shared the story of Ruth, who left her own country out of love for Naomi but found that God had a wonderful plan to bless her in this new land.
