Operation Joy Remembers Birthdays!

Here’s an up-date on the recent ones...

Sometimes when Paul carries birthday cards and presents for people it can be a few days or even weeks before he finds the individuals concerned. J, L and B had birthdays a while ago and up until this week he had only seen B; she appeared one afternoon in a different location from the usual for her. A couple of weeks later Paul was in Market Street and he met E who reminded him that it had been her birthday the previous weekend, so Paul passed on a present to her. That same day L turned up in her usual place so she was handed her card with a gift. That only left J unaccounted for but L stated that she had been knocked down recently. Paul will be trying to follow up on this. The earlier conversation with B led to her telling Paul about the bible that was kept at her mother's house and that there was some spiritual interest, so he hopes that this will lead to more conversation in time.
