Piece by Piece…

A Testimony From Threshold Coaching.

J sought the help of Threshold during a very dark time, which included his wife and children moving out of the family home to be away from his erratic behaviour. This is his testimony in his own words.

“Terry has been a rock to me and always shown patience whilst we work at making progress. He is extremely knowledgeable in his supportive techniques due to many years of experience working with difficult and complex characters, and over the last 12 months has built me back up towards being the person I want and deserve to be.

Healing and understanding can be a slow and difficult process! We have gone through the trenches, working together through childhood trauma which potentially contributed towards my failings as an adult. And through all Terry's help and support I finally understand where I was going so wrong, and that there is a way forward, when previously I couldn't see the wood for the trees.

I have at no point been judged for the errors I have made, and instead feel forgiven which has allowed me to feel at peace with myself. My family are now back home and we are making great strides together, all due to the support and guidance I have been given by the service to piece it all back together again. I will be forever grateful for the help I have received from Terry.”
