Who Might He Go To?

Paul had got to know L through seeing her begging on one of the main roads in Bolton. Recently she was telling Paul about a man who often spoke about God, but was finding the conversation difficult, as he regularly referred to Jesus coming back, naming years when it was likely to happen. Paul took the opportunity to explain that the bible does not tell us of specific times. He followed that by asking her to think about who Jesus might go to if he came back now. 'He would come to people like you' Paul told her, just as he went to the woman at the well. Paul hopes that L will be able to reflect on how special she is to Jesus.
