Will God Find You In Prison...?

Most Definitely; On The Wing Is Witness To It!

Last Monday at HMP Buckley Hall I held a Ministry Concert in the Chapel.
We were greatly encouraged when twenty prisoners turned up for it!

The DARS team (Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service) brought a good number of these. I gave my testimony and told the story of my journey through childhood tragedy - losing my father to suicide when I was six - then losing my mother to illness when I was sixteen.

I then fell in with a bad crowd and spiralled down into drink, drugs and Rock and Roll until someone shared the gospel with me and I gave my heart to Christ at the age of eighteen.

I interspersed my story by singing to backing tracks of my band and finished with a music video. I didn't hold back with the gospel message and even though this was billed as a secular event it was very well received.

On the back of this, at least sixteen men signed up for the Alpha Course starting next week.

Please pray for an ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in their lives.
