Manchester City Mission is looking for a special volunteer to help provide cover at our Food Club at St Thomas’s Church, Ford Lane, Salford.

  • Are you interested in making a difference and building your CV at the same time?
  • Are you available and can you commit to one day a week; either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Do you drive and have access to a vehicle?

If so this could be for you!

The Details:

  • To supervise other food club volunteers.
  • To ensure the stocking of the food club, picking up from local supermarkets and liaising with FoodShare, our supplier.
  • Accurately complete the administration tasks associated with this project.
  • A Food Hygiene 2 Certificate is required and can be completed during the role.
  • Full training will be provided.
