Operation Joy … On A Saturday?

Yes, Even On A Saturday!

Paul is sometimes able to use a Saturday to catch up with contacts in Manchester when time has been at a premium during the week. One Saturday recently this happened and the first conversation he had was with B who often wants to speak to her parents. Having called her mum, she also asked Paul again for her dad's number and rather than put it into her phone (which she often misplaces) B wrote it down in a notebook for safe keeping. This is an important part of helping B to feel valued.

The final contact that day was E. This was important as Paul was aware that her partner had died recently; clearly, she wasn't coping very well. In the course of the conversation E asked Paul to send her some more WWJD bracelets. Paul reminded E that people in MCM and at the church he attends would be praying for her.

Please join us in prayer.
