Remembering Birthdays is Key…

To Operation Joy!

During recent months one of Paul's contacts was living in a hostel which meant it was easier to keep in touch. He called again to discover that she had moved on but also met another resident, B, that he knew. Paul decided to follow this up by visiting just before Christmas with a card and gift. Having arrived at the hostel he was asked to sign in; out of six residents that Paul saw he knew four of them. One was W whose birthday was due in a few days so Paul returned with another card and present. Remembering birthdays is key to Operation Joy so this was very encouraging.
