Just A Short Break In Piccadilly...

Or So Paul Thought!

Paul took a short break while in Piccadilly Gardens this week and found himself sitting near two women, one of whom seemed to be consoling the other. When one woman left the other (D) turned to Paul expressing concern for the other lady's safety. After a long conversation during which D talked about her Christian faith but also a drink problem, Paul prayed with her. D interrupted with a bible reference (Philippians 4 v 6,7) and Paul was able to recite the verses as they are a useful coping strategy. D then accepted a WWJD wrist band as a reminder of asking 'What would Jesus do?' when facing problems and anxieties.
